Million Dollar Spaghetti

I found this recipe on Pinterest, it's orginially from this blog. Greg and I love spaghetti. So, we like trying different takes on spaghetti, like baked spaghetti and cream cheese spaghetti. We both thought this recipe looked good and had no doubts that we'd like it. I used hot italian sausage instead of ground beef since we like things spicy. It seemed to taste better every night we had it. I love dishes that tastes even better leftover than they do on the first night. We gave the boys some and they liked it, too. Evan even had seconds. This isn't the healthiest recipe, so we won't be having it all the time, but it's nice to switch up our favorites sometimes with a little twist.

Million Dollar Spaghetti

Ingredients
1 lb. of Ground Beef (we used hot italian sausage)
1 can of Spaghetti Sauce
8 oz of Cream Cheese
1/4 cup of Sour Cream
1/2 lb. of Cottage Cheese
Whole Stick of Butter
8 oz. of Noodles
Bag of Sharp Chedder Cheese

Preheat the oven to 350. Boil your noodles. Mix the cream cheese, sour cream, and cottage cheese together until smooth. Brown your meat, drain, and then mix with the spaghetti sauce. Place a few pats of butter on the bottom of your casserole dish and then pour half the noodles on top. Smooth the cream cheese mixture on top of your noodles. Add the rest of the noodles and top with a few pats of butter. Spread the meat sauce on top. Bake for 30 minutes. After the 30 minutes, take the spaghetti out and top with the cheddar cheese and place back in the oven for 15 more minutes to melt the cheese.

I forgot to take a picture before we cut into it. Oops.
