Chick-Fil-A had so many fun Christmas activities for kids this year, it was hard to choose which one to take the boys to. We decided to go to the decorating cookies and visiting with Santa cow. The day worked out perfect for our schedules and we thought the boys would enjoy it.
Carter jumped right in and was ready to decorate his cookie. It took Evan a few minutes to warm up to the idea.
I thought the boys did such a good job decorating their cookies. I thought it was going to be a messy nightmare, but they were so careful with it. They seemed to just know what to do. I'm good about taking them to the store, parks, and playing with them, but I'm not so good about doing messy activities with them, so it's nice when they get to do things like this.
Carter's masterpiece.

The boys were excited to eat their cookies that they decorated.
Evan LOVES sprinkles and you can tell he has a lot more on his than Carter's cookie.
When they got done with their cookies (they didn't finish them) they wanted some chicken.
The boys love the food at Chick-Fil-A, so they got some chicken and milk and then played in the play area for awhile.
Before we left, Evan had to say "bye" to Santa Cow.
I love that Chick-Fil-A hosts free activities like this for kids. Last year, we had breakfast with Santa Cow, and we also did a trick or treat activity there this year. I definitely think an activity with Santa Cow is going something we'll do every year with the boys.
